Load picture with Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT

Last exercise "Convert between Uri and file path, and load Bitmap from" load picture with intent of "Intent.ACTION_PICK". It's modify to do the similary with "Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT".
