Display "Legal Notices" for Google Maps Android API v2 on Options Menu

Last post show a simplest map app using Google Maps Android API v2 provided by Android Studio.

Refer to the document "Introduction to the Google Maps Android API - Attribution Requirements":

If you use the Google Maps Android API in your application, you must include the Google Play Services attribution text as part of a "Legal Notices" section in your application. Including legal notices as an independent menu item, or as part of an "About" menu item, is recommended.

The attribution text is available by making a call to GoogleApiAvailability.getOpenSourceSoftwareLicenseInfo.

This post is going to add "Legal Notices" to OptionsMenu, to display the OpenSourceSoftwareLicenseInfo in dialog, and also "About Me".

Edit values/strings.xml, to add sting resources of "menu_legalnotices" and "menu_about":
<resources>
    <string name="app_name">AndroidStudioMapApp</string>
    <string name="title_activity_maps">Map</string>
    <string name="menu_legalnotices">Legal Notices</string>
    <string name="menu_about">About</string>
</resources>

Create menu/activity_main.xml to define out menu:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<menu xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto">
    <item
        android:id="@+id/menu_legalnotices"
        android:orderInCategory="100"
        app:showAsAction="ifRoom"
        android:title="@string/menu_legalnotices"/>
    <item
        android:id="@+id/menu_about"
        android:orderInCategory="100"
        app:showAsAction="ifRoom"
        android:title="@string/menu_about"/>

</menu>

Edit MapsActivity, to handle OptionsMenu. In order to display OptionsMenu in FragmentActivity, modify to extend AppCompatActivity.
