MediaPlay on SurfaceView: correct aspect ratio

Last exercise "Play media in Fragment, run on Android 3.0 Tablet", the layout width and height is in-correct. It will be aligned in this exercise to correct the aspect ration.




First, modify playerlayout.xml to change both layout_width and layout_height of the SurfaceView to "fill_parent". And also layout_gravity="center".

Modify PlayerFragmen.java to add the code marked "Handle aspect ratio".
