android.provider.Settings.System.putInt(getContentResolver(),
android.provider.Settings.System.SCREEN_BRIGHTNESS,
SysBackLightValue);
To access Settings.System.SCREEN_BRIGHTNESS, we have to modify AndroidManifest.xml to grant premission of "android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS".
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="com.exercise.AndroidScreenBrightness"

</activity>
</application>
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="4" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS"/>

Can someone explain exactly how from the beginning don't understand anything:(
hi i want to adjust contrast of the screen and video
I'd like to know how to adjust the battery percentage that will turn off the backlight.
cannot find anything that will do so.
now, the screen is unreadable outside when i have still 10% battery left. I'd like to adjust that 10% to about 3 or 4%.
Nice tutorial..
Can I use it to change volume settings ?
nice tutorial
