Check if a specified feature supported in your Android system

To check if the devices supports the specified feature, call packageManager.hasSystemFeature(<packagemanager .feature_...="">) method. Returns true if the devices supports the feature, else false. Read http://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/pm/PackageManager.html for the FEATURE list.
